The Hamilton Kilty B’s defeated the St. Mary’s Lincolns 4-3 in a Shootout win at the Pyramid Recreation Complex Friday night
Hamilton Kilty B’s Game Summary: Kilty B’s at St. Mary’s Lincolns – November 10, 2023
In front of a packed barn the Kilty’s came out on top in a shoot win over the Lincolns. The boys came out hard in the first period with newly acquired Kaleb Frank potting his first goal as a Kilty B at the 6:07 mark. St. Mary’s responded with two goals early in the second going up 2-1 but then the Kilty’s tied it up 2-2 in the middle of the second with Tanner Hunt’s second of the season. The crowd was electric in a back and forth game with both goalies making huge stops for their respective teams. After 60 mins the teams were tied 3-3 heading into OT. Nothing settled after overtime play but Joshua Avery with the lone goal in the shoot out sealed the win for the Kilty’s. Great two game wins for the boys facing two tough Western and Mid-Western conference opponents this week.
The B’s are back at the Hive next Thursday night to face the Pelham Panthers, puck drop 7:00 PM. See you there!
